Sneak Peek: The Ankole Horn Collection
SNEAK PEEK: THE ANKOLE HORN COLLECTION

We believe home decor should be a collection of meaningful items that add function and beauty to the every day. With that in mind, we spent months designing our newest collection of home and bar accents from Gayaza, Uganda.

Uganda is where it all began for Fairkind founder, Linden Baker. Over the years, she admired the expertise of local artisan groups and filled her suitcases with handcrafted treasures during her travels. Today, we're thrilled to bring you our first collection from the pearl of Africa.

Native to Uganda, Ankole cattle are known for their stunningly large horns, each with its own unique coloring and natural striations. Just like a fingerprint, no two horns are exactly alike, making every product one of a kind.

Ethically sourced as a food by-product, artisans in Uganda saw this material going to waste and found a way to recycle it into something beautiful. Years later, they have perfected the art of turning these stunning horns into functional, unique home goods.

Our partners operate from a small workshop in Gayaza, Uganda where they teach their craft to young apprentices from the local community. We're proud to partner with such talented artisans and excited to share their beautiful work with you.
