THE SALIMA WEAVERS

Near the shores of Lake Malawi, in the small town of Salima, you’ll find this group of artisans who weave each basket entirely by hand.

ETHICALLY SOURCED

Made with locally sourced palm leaves. The leaves are sustainably sourced from palm trees growing in the coastal regions of Lake Malawi. From tip to stem, every part of the fronds are used.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep dry to avoid misshaping. For minor stains, gently blot with lukewarm water and a soft cloth.
